Yeah, this one was definitely coming. Not only is this pokemon lonely and endangered, the fact that it understands human speech means that they hear exactly what humans have planned for their corpses, and know exactly what is happening to their caught companions. Yet despite all this, they still enjoy carrying mankind. Are they masochistic? Have they just given up? Or do they believe we'll change? Yeesh.

Funny now since according to the PokeDex entries in the Gen 7 games, there's now an overabundance of Lapras and they're driving fish Pokémon populations down with their presence.
